- Always use the roads, tracks and signalized and authorized footpaths.

- Do not circulate with motor vehicles outside the routes equipped for such effect. Remember that parking zones exist.

- Respect the signals.

- Maintain the environment clean. Deposit the rubbish in the containers installed for such aim. The maintenance of this natural space supposes a great effort.

- Do not make inscriptions of any type in natural elements or in furniture.

- Remember that noise is also contamination. A discreet and quiet behaviour is requested for that reason.

- The maximum respect to gea, flora and fauna is requested. Do not take plants, persecute animals, and collect samples…

- Do not introduce new species of wild fauna or flora. Take his/her domestic animals tied and under control.

- Take care with the fire.Do not light fire or throw ignited butts. Do not smoke inside the forest; this could cause a forest fire, with fatal consequences.

- We will have to be respectful with the inhabitants of the environment where we move (shepherds, farmers, apicultor…), respecting their properties and customs.

- The free camping practice is forbidden. Use the existing tourist infrastructure in the Biosphere Reserve.

- Our final and perhaps the most important recommendation, is that whenever you require information or you have some doubt, you can resort to the forest agents or Civil Guard Rural Patrol (SEPRONA).
