CLOSED SEASON ARRANGEMENT

In addition to the entire mentioned norm until now, the cinegetic activity is regulated by the mentioned closed season annual order, in which limitations and allowed periods for the hunting practice during each campaign in the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid are settled down. In the Order, the specific norms for the smaller hunting and greater hunting practice and complementary measures of smaller and greater hunting protection that are considered opportune at every moment are also regulated.

It is also regulated the possible appearance of diseases in cinegetic or wild species; the sanitary control of the killed pieces; the conditions in which the falconry can be practiced; the commercial reserves of hunting; as well as the circumstantial modification of the allowed periods to prevent damages to the cinegetic richness by climatologic, biological or any unfavourable reasons for its protection. Any other species that requires be hunting or capturing by reasons for protection of fauna, flora, agriculture, cattle farming and scientific aims or catalogued species will require express authorization of the Environment Council.
