- Law 1/1970, of 4 of April, of Hunting.
- Decree 506/1971, of 25 of March, by that the Regulation for the execution of the Law of hunting of 4 of April of 1970 is approved.
- Law 2/1973, of 17 of March, of creation of the National Reserve of Sonsaz.
- Law 4/1989, of 27 of March, of Conservation of the Natural Spaces and the Wild Flora and Fauna.
- Real Decree 1095/1989, of 8 of September, by that species object of hunting and fishing and norms for their protection are declared.
- Real Decree 1118/1989, of 15 of September, by that marketable species of hunting and fishing are determined.
- Real Decree 439/1990, of 30 of March, by that the National Catalogue of Threatened Species is regulated.

- Decree 18/1992, of 26 of March, by that the Regional Catalogue of Threatened Species of wild fauna and flora is approved and the category of singular trees is created.
- Order 476/1992, of 13 of July, about sanitary control, animal transport and consumption of animals died during hunting.
- Order 946/1995 that regulates the hunting and fishing licenses.
- Annual Order of the Environment Advisor by that the limitations and hunting allowed periods that will prevail during each campaign are fixed.

In main lines, this norm establishes that the hunting will only be able to practice over determined species, as is settled down statutorily, that in no case will be the Catalogued ones. The Council of Environment and Arrangement of the Territory determines the places and allowed periods at which it can be practiced and the methods, forbiding, in general, the capture at rut periods, reproduction or breeding and the use of massive and nonselective procedures (poisons or traps), just as outside the periods and allowed places established by the Autonomic Communities. Also it demands a Technical Plan for cinegetic use.
