ITINERARIES AROUND LA HIRUELA
ROUTE 3.- FOOTPATH AROUND THE COAL BUNKERS OF THE BOYAL MEADOW
(6 Km – 1 h 15 min)

We take the street that descends until the Fuentecilla stream, that passes next to the image of the Virgin of Lourdes. Once we cross it, we ascend until the track where we pass a door and then we find a meadow. We walk parallel to a fenced zone, Valle Hondo, until we arrive at a clear zone where we can contemplate a panoramic view of the Jarama valley. On the slopes of the way we can see the old coal bunkers. We arrive at another esplanade and here we take the diversion to Morra de la Dehesa. At this point, we take the old footpath of Puebla de la Sierra that returns us to the village.
